Pay for apps thats a laugh

Would of consider upgrade if this app didnt always glitch out. Every time I go to a different pinpoint/yard sale it takes me back to the one I viewed before. Have to close the app for the fix. Also not all yard sale that post in craigslist are shown. Maybe Ill start my own yard sale app but instead of gouging Ill just put a advertising banner in it. How hard is this?
